What's included in my meeting room?

How do I make payment?

You can make a booking for our meeting room online. Please refer to the specific outlet page to book a meeting room. Payment must be made within 30 minutes of confirmation, or your booking will be cancelled.

How much is the deposit?

No deposits needed. We just require full payment to confirm your booking.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

You will have 7-day cancellation terms.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

We will only block the space once you’ve confirmed your booking with us.

Payment has to be made within 7 days of confirmation. If payment is not received within the timeframe, your booking will be cancelled.

What are WORQs' operational hours?

Mon – Fri: 9 am – 6 pm

Saturday & Sunday: Upon request

PH: Closed 

(Surcharge of RM40 per hour for events outside operational hour)
